Motivation Meeting

We organized a training and motivation meeting with our staff in order to provide you with more qualified service.
In order to increase the morale and motivation of our employees and ensure the satisfaction of our customers, Lotus Facility Management Services employees and Lotus Group A.Ş. In the meeting held with the employees, the complaints and suggestions of the employees and the demands of the customers were expressed. At the end of our meeting, which we held as a pleasant conversation, we took the necessary actions regarding our operations together with our employees and managers.
